Vzpomínky. Deníky. Vyprávění. (Ruská emi­grace v Československu) I.

The publication deals with the memoir heritage – the life of Russian emigration in Czechoslovakia during the interwar period. The 1^st volume consists of 3 parts and 7 chapters that include written memoirs and diaries as well as verbal evidence (interviews) of great historical and linguistic value. The authors of reminiscences represent different generations of Russian post-revolution emigration. Rich commentaries to the memoir texts and numerous bibliografical references are added. The information was gained from Czech and Russian archives and printed material (dictionaries, periodicals, secondary literature) was also used. The publication includes an annotated index of names in a form of a register, indexes of organizations and institutions etc., lists of abbreviations, source archives and primary literature, photos of the authors and illustrations. The text is written in Russian, partly in Czech.
